We empower our members in the UK and internationally to achieve excellence and shape the future of ENT healthcare by supporting them with education, research, influence and inclusion.  

Our Strategy

The publication of a 5-year Strategy is a completely new venture that will be well-placed to navigate and deliver future challenges and opportunities as they arise, both within the UK and on a global scale. This Strategy is designed to enable long-term goals that will be relevant and of significance well beyond the term of just one President.  It will set a clearly referenced framework for the leadership of the Association that will ensure consistency and continuity for the future.

Collaboration

Teamwork is one of our values and we are committed to building meaningful relationships with other organisations.  Collaboration is key to achieving our vision and we are delighted that the strategy has been endorsed by The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, The Royal College of Surgeons of England and The Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow.
