CEO

ENT UK is looking for a CEO to help progress the association and support the mission of ENT UK. 

As CEO you will report directly to the Board and be responsible for the strategic leadership and general management of the organisation. It’s an exciting time to join to support delivery of our five-year strategy, progress the new trading arm and demonstrate the impact of the ENT UK Foundation.

ENT UK 

ENT UK is the professional membership body representing Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery, Head, Neck and Thyroid Surgery, in the United Kingdom.

The Role

The role includes the following responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational leadership, ensuring ENT UK meet their strategic aims.
• Ensuring the association is financially sound for the short, medium and long term with the support of clear, communicated financial policies and robust processes and overseeing the work of the ENT UK Finance Controller.
• Trustee and Committee engagement.
• Governance, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
• Budget Management.
• Initiating discussions on policy.
• External stakeholder and contract management.
