• Applications are open to all ST1-8 ENT UK Members.
• Applications will be accepted only through this online form.
• Applications should not exceed 300 words, including references.

The best two applications are invited to present at the ENT UK Research Showcase on 4 October 2024 in York (5-minute presentation + 2-minute questions).
