The oral presentations offer participants a unique opportunity to share their research and discuss issues of particular interest while interacting with a uniquely well-informed audience. All abstracts can be considered for oral presentation although authors may choose to be considered for poster presentation only.
📊 Poster Presentations
The conference will feature an ongoing display of submitted posters. In line with our environmentally-friendly aims for the conference, we will be displaying the top 50 posters on physical A0 boards. The rest of the posters will be displayed on 10 digital screens which will be located in different areas within the exhibition hall. The screens will be touch-screen, and you will be able to search for yours or someone elses name to display yours/their poster. if you are successful for a poster, we will email you to let you know whether your poster will be displayed physically or digitally. In either case, we will need you to send us a digital version of your poster.
- For physical posters, we will arrange to print your posters for you on recylcable paper, for a small fee to cover the printing.
- For digital posters, we will send your digital poster onto our supplier to upload to the screens ready for the event.
