Visa Applications

It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirement for BACO International 2023 and to apply for a visa if necessary.

Delegates who require an entry visa must consider sufficient time for the application procedure and should contact the nearest UK Embassy or Consulate as early as possible to determine the appropriate timing of their visa application.  Please note that it can take up to 8 weeks to process a visa application and early application is recommended

All delegates travelling to the UK must present a valid travel document (passport or identity card).  Delegates from some countries will require a ‘tourist’ visa to enter the country.  To see whether a visa is necessary please click here.

The conference organizers, or its agents, cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for the registration fee will apply.
