The Event

The British Society of Otology is delighted to announce the 2023 Balance Course.
The year 2023 marks the 20th Anniversary of the BSO's founding.

We are excited to conduct this event at the newly refurbished premises of The Royal College of Surgeons of England, 38-43, Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3PE, with the Balance Course on Wednesday, 3rd May 2023.

Within the ENT, balance has become a niche specialty understood by few. This course aims to address this issue by providing ENT surgeons of all grades with the essential tools to diagnose and treat patients in a routine ENT clinic.

The emphasis of the BSO Balance Course is on clinical techniques and management strategies which work for the general ENT surgeon rather than the neuro-otologist. The course will also give an insight into which investigations are likely to influence management. A morning session of lectures is followed by the afternoon comprising of practical working examples of common balance disorders.

The course will be awarded with 6 CPD points.

Important: Kindly note that the conference is taking place just before the King’s coronation and we would strongly recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible should you need it, to avoid any disappointment.
