This programme will feature 12 oral presentations focusing on a range of fascinating topics within the History of ENT, including: 'Tackling tinnitus and Troubled Ears in the 19th century', 'Discovery of the vestibulo-ocular reflex: an overshadowed pathologist and the Nobel-winning prisoner of war', and 'André Alfred Lemiere: gone but not forgotten. The story behind the one in a million disease and a word of caution for the future'.
There will also be a fantastic talk by Albert Mudry, who will provide his thoughts on whether we can illustrate the history of otology with caricatures and cartoons.
