Message from Brian:

I am due to attend a joint Royal College of Surgeons and Surgical Specialties Forum on Monday 22 January 2018. The theme will be “Elective Surgery - what can the NHS afford?”.
 
I would ask for contributions and information from the regions of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland whether you have any issues with commissioning that limits the availability of patients to access surgical treatment either by delaying access, putting barriers in place that denies access, refusing funding and/or not following NICE Guidance.
The ENT UK office will collate your contributions and I shall take to the meeting on your behalf.
