ENT UK launches Diversity and Inclusion Initiative

ENT UK is launching the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, a study into diversity and inclusion in otolaryngology surgery, and is seeking individuals in the ENT community to join the study's advisory group. We are particularly looking for individuals with expertise and experience of equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace, and strong representation of ENT professionals at every level of seniority. The study aims to tackle such themes as bullying and harassment, racial bias, LTFT work, SAS doctors, career progression, access to core and higher training, and more. We want a broad range of voices and are keen that our advisory group is as diverse as possible, and welcome applications from members and non-members of ENT UK alike. You can apply to join the diversity and inclusion advisory group by filling in the application form.
