Could you be one of our new ENT UK Trustees?
ENT UK is a professional membership association for ear, nose and throat surgery and head and neck surgery in the UK. We support a membership of more than 2,500 healthcare professionals at every stage of their careers. We are the leading voice of the ENT surgical specialty and a valuable source of medical information for patients as well as practitioners.
ENT UK is seeking to appoint three new Trustees to join our strategic and forward-thinking Board of Trustees. There are vacancies for two Lay Trustees (see job description here) and one Clinical Trustee (see job description here).
Our Trustees bring a wealth of skills, experience, and expertise to the Board, supporting the development of the Association and helping it meet its purpose and uphold its values. We are lucky to have such a committed and enthusiastic ENT UK Board, which we are now looking to strengthen even further. It is an exciting time for the association, as we have just launched our new five-year strategy ‘Inspiring Excellence and Shaping the Future’.
Do you have a desire to give back and a proven track record in law, contracts and business? If so, you could be the perfect candidate to become one of our Lay Trustees.
We are also looking for a Lay Trustee with communications, corporate partnerships, and fundraising expertise to help us achieve our goals as a Charity, including supporting the work of our philanthropic arm, the ENT UK Foundation, which is going from strength to strength.
Our final vacancy is for a Clinical Trustee, which is open to ENT Staff and Associate Specialists (SAS) and Consultants. While you do not need to be an ENT UK member to become a Lay Trustee, you must be a member to be a Clinical Trustee.
To apply, please email entuk@entuk.org with your CV and a 250-word outline explaining what makes you a suitable candidate by 5pm on Monday 10 April.
Governance experience is desirable but not essential. If you have any questions or would like to discuss any of these opportunities, please feel free to call Katie Nurcombe, ENT UK CEO, on 07916 316511.
