This bold and ambitious vision of the Association’s future sets out our plan for a world in which ENT and head and neck healthcare professionals are empowered to succeed and provide the best healthcare to patients and those who care for them.

It is built around strategic goals that will enable ENT UK to navigate future challenges and opportunities, both in the UK and globally, and deliver for its members. Its far-reaching and forward-thinking nature will enable the pursuit of long-term ambitions, ensuring continuity of vision in the years ahead. The strategy will guide the direction of our development and utilise our pivotal values of teamwork, ambition, respect, innovation and quality to ensure the success and future sustainability of the Association.

The strategy has been endorsed by partners including the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, reflecting our commitment to working collaboratively.
