TWJ Foundation Major Overseas Fellowship 2025

The Trustees of the TWJ Foundation invite applications from ENT Specialty Registrars on recognised UK or Republic of Ireland training programmes for a 12-month Major TWJ Fellowship in Clinical Otology, Neurotology, and Skull-base Surgery with opportunities for research.  Applicants must have passed the Intercollegiate FRCS by the time the Fellowship commences but may be pre- or post-CCT.

The successful applicant will work with Professor John Rutka and Assistant Professor Ambrose Lee at Toronto General Hospital, University Health Network, Toronto, Canada for 12 months commencing 1st July 2025.

This Fellowship offers advanced otology, endoscopic ear surgery, lateral skull base surgery and participation in multidisciplinary neurotology clinics.  The post includes travel to Niagara Falls for an outreach clinic each month, to Northern Ontario for the underserviced areas/indigenous health programme three times a year, and a trip to attend a Rural Ear Camp in Thailand.
